Advocacy · Government Relations · Civic PowerWe know the room. We
know the people. We know how to get you there.
From city hall to Capitol Hill — we build the political presence your work deserves.
How We WorkMost organizations don't lose because their mission isn't strong enough
They lose because they never built the infrastructure to make decision makers pay attention. We fix that. Every engagement is designed around where you are, what you're ready for, and what it's actually going to take to move the needle in the rooms that matter most.
-

Ground Work
Building your advocacy foundation, policy agenda, and engagement plan from the ground up.
-

Field Ready
Developing your team's capacity to read the landscape, craft the message, and engage effectively.
-

Forward Position
Stepping in as your advocate and representative when the moment calls for direct action.
-

Command the Room
Building the leadership and organizational culture that sustains advocacy long term.
You've built something worth fighting for
You have a mission, a constituency, and real stakes in the decisions being made around you. But the people with the power to advance or obstruct your work don't know your name, don't understand what you do, and aren't looking for you. That gap between the work you're doing and the influence you need to protect and advance it is exactly what Padgett Strategic Collaborative was built to close.
We work alongside you, inside your organization and alongside your leaders, until showing up in the rooms that matter isn't something that happens to you. It's something you do with clarity, confidence, and the right people in your corner.

A note from our founder
I got into this work because I understood something early that most organizations discover too late. The people doing the most important work in our communities already have power. They just don't always know how to access it, and nobody has shown them how.
That changes everything about how I approach this work. I'm not here to hand you a playbook and walk away. I'm here because I've seen what happens when an organization steps into its power with the right strategy, the right relationships, and the right infrastructure behind it. Communities move different. Decisions get made differently. The people who were always an afterthought become impossible to ignore.
If you're ready for that, I'm ready for you.
